This refreshing sherbet shake is a cinch to make and offers lots of calories and protein too. If you're lactose intolerant, substitute lactose-free milk and sorbet for milk and sherbet in this recipe. Use orange sherbet for Creamsicle-like flavor.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup sherbet

  • 3/4 cup low-fat milk

  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Directions

  1. Blend until smooth.
